  • The programs typically last for around 12 weeks (3 months), however this can vary depending on your needs. First, we understand your current circumstances before putting a structured plan together for you to follow. Throughout the program we may include workshop sessions which last around an hour where we discuss specific barriers. These sessions can be a variety of things, it all depends on your individual needs. There will also be check ins so we can track your progress. We can even request for you to have your bloods checked if we feel like it’s a requirement. Involving counselling within the programmes is also an option if we identify that it would be benefit to your circumstances. The key thing to understand is the program are purely tailored to your needs with the end result being a healthier better version of you!

  • They are suited to everyone and anyone that’s in a position in their life where they want to change. We can all want to change but more often than not actually sticking to it can become the hardest task. So, by having someone there on your side to give you accountability can become the difference.

  • We will have an initial consultation where we discuss your situation and what part of yourself you would like to work on. Other forms of identifying your needs may come from questionnaires or checking your bloods.

  • Everything is purely confidential, and all of your information will be stored in lines with the data protection act.

  • Our workshop sessions will be completed online through zoom or over a phone call. In person sessions may be available depending on your location.

  • Yes, so your program will be sent to your through email or a secure link and you will be able to follow that to complete your daily or weekly activities. This can all depend on your situation, things like a nutrition, exercise, hydration, sleep, mindset or emotional tasks could be incorporated which you will have to complete.

  • Your progress will be tracked weekly, with small-term, medium-term, and long-term goals.

  • The programmes start from £20 per week, this can depend on your individual requirements as all programmes are tailored to your needs. The aim is to get the best out of your personal situation, so we can adapt the programmes pricing to cater for a budget you may have.
