By the age of 22, Kane had his first business in sports therapy, acquired a property and had also begun teaching sports and fitness. Everything was heading in the right direction. Similar to so many others Covid 19 changed everything. Post Covid 19, Kane lost all purpose and direction in life. The strong determined person he once was felt like a distant memory.

When reaching out and contacting the doctor for help. Kane said, “that phone call changed my life”. The doctor didn’t ask if he was doing anything to improve his own health and wellbeing. Instead, listened to the symptoms and wanted to prescribe an antidepressant medication. Kane then had the realisation that how many others had phoned the doctor for guidance, but instead had been offered medication.

This was when Kane had the eureka moment. Through his own hardship he found a real passion. He wanted to help people by using a more holistic approach, dealing with their underlying issues. He went on to complete a degree in sports science, health and wellbeing. This taught him the skills of improving health through physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual methods.

Since then, he has experienced working with charities, leading a wellbeing walk. Teaching a health and wellbeing course, where students were educated on exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and weight. Furthermore, working as a coach in a one-to-one role. The task was to build resilience while guiding development through lifestyle modifications.

Leading on from these experiences was when Your Wright Health began. Kane established a team of specialists. These specialists work together creating the best possible health programmes, tailored to an individual’s needs. The goal being to provide the best possible product, helping someone get from where they are to where they would like to be within their health.
